quick question. regarding first blood movie...

quick question.   if this movie clearly takes place in hope british Columbia Canada, in scenary everywhere- even in the words addressed as locations in this flick- why therefore IN THE DIALOGUE-OF THIS MOVIE- is ACTOR RICHARD CRENNA, RAMBO'S SUPERIOR OFFICER IN THE MOVIE-  colonel sam troutman specifically quoted as saying in the movie at a certain interval the following words when its generally believed Rambo is dead half way through the movie--,,       '''''''''that is gonna look real good on his tomb stone- officer john Rambo, decorated war hero-green beret congressional medals of honor, killed in dick  -----  wad  --------------------

in other words
crenna clearly refers to the fact that everything that is happening in the movie to that point is occurring in the united states of America.
this is an unnecacary flaw in this movie that should have never taken place.
yet it does .
why has this dialogue not been altered to emphasise that Rambo is a Canadian soldier and not an American soldier?  under such circumstances addressed.


these are all good questions which hollywoood and the directors of first blood should look at.
perfectly clear and perfectly...simple....
